The Well Studio is a comprehensive, boutique fitness studio offering Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness along with 1 on 1 and small-group training. At the Well Studio, we do things differently, going beyond the ordinary!  We offer all the benefits of a traditional gym in a safe and inclusive, holistic-health conscious environment.  We have broken away from many of the traditional fitness center experiences to create an environment that reduces stress and alleviates anxieties associated with the gym setting; while going back to the basics to teach, train and educate our community on traditional, functional fitness and strength training for longevity. 

Our staff is comprised of caring, certified experts who are highly motivated to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.   We set ourselves apart as community builders and wellness disruptors who want to help our clients thrive!  The Well Studio is hiring for a Welcome Desk Associate who is upbeat, has an impeccable attention to detail, brings positive energy to every human interaction and is fun to be around.

Fitness Industry experience strongly preferred. Hospitality experience appreciated!  We are specifically seeking motivated individuals with stellar customer relationship skills to take on weekday morning (6am-1pm) or afternoon/evening (1pm-8pm) shifts; Please be able to commit to 25-30 hours weekly. Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional member experience
    • First Visits, Outreach, Tours, Rapport
  • Maintain the studio consistently clean
    • Utilize Checklists – opening, evening, weekend and weeks
    • Updates to Boards, Screens, and Flyers
  • Ensuring membership growth through complete and accurate input into CRM Platfrom
    • Nurturing prospects and leads (administrative component)
    • Diligent follow-up to ensure consistent interaction and ultimately, conversions.
    • Encouraging referrals through member conversations and guest passes.
    • Sell memberships and a-la-cart services base on what's most applicable to and supportive of the member's needs.
  • Knowing all details of what The Well Studio offers
    • Classes, Special Events, Workshops, and Retreats
    • Monthly Boards & Campaigns
    • Trainers'/Instructors' Specialties
    • Special memberships (e.g. Health Plans or Intro Offers)
    • Wellness Living capabilities – apps and booking classes/events/appointments
Expectations
  • Actively engage with members/guests
  • Ensure accurate class/appointment check-ins
  • Intro/tour EVERY First Visit
  • Solve member issues, questions & bookings
  • Complete and maintain ALL client profile fields in CRM
  • Review and follow up with prospects and new members
  • Pull leads through to conversions; appropriate sale for the client's needs
  • Maintain a spotless facility with frequent walk-throughs and continual cleaning
  • Communicate effectively with Well Studio Staff
  • Smile, greet, & have FUN!

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
