The Well Studio is a comprehensive, boutique fitness studio offering Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness along with 1 on 1 and small-group training. At the Well Studio, we do things differently, going beyond the ordinary!  We offer all the benefits of a traditional gym in a safe and inclusive environment.  We have broken away from many of the traditional fitness center experiences to create an environment that reduces stress and alleviates anxieties associated with the gym setting.

We will collaborate on a consistent weekly schedule.  Long-term growth opportunities are plentiful, and based on your availability, opportunities for private  instruction with an agreed upon commission rate commiserate with your experience and certifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Member Experience: Enhance member experience through personal interactions and introductions both in and out of class. Create a welcoming and supportive environment by greeting returning participants and always welcoming
    new participants.
  • Deliver World Class  Workouts: Plan and execute classes that are safe, effective, fun, and motivating for members. Instruct participants on proper form and provide modifications when necessary.  
  • Build and Maintain Class Attendance: Use various techniques to generate interest in class attendance.  Provide excellent communication and care for increased retention and following.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide adequate lead time for class coverage.  Respond to all communications in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must hold current group fitness certification
  • Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class, which may include, but not limited
    to, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, running, crawling, and kneeling
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Flexible to work day, evening, holidays and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Willing to perform other duties that may be assigned.
  • CPR/AED Certification

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
